- Advising on regulation applicable to the media and entertainment sectors;
- Representation in mediation and arbitration proceedings before various dispute resolution bodies involving copyright and sports matters; and
- Representation in judicial and administrative proceedings, including before the National Advertising Self Regulation Council (Conar), the National Film Agency (Ancine), and the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel).
