Bolívar Moura Rocha is based in Brasília, from where he co-heads the Governmental Affairs practice at Levy & Salomão Advogados. He is also involved in complex dispute resolution, antitrust and trade law cases.
Mr. Rocha worked with the Brazilian federal administration for a number of years. His responsibilities comprised financial matters, competition advocacy and regulatory work in relation to a wide range of industries. He also worked with the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law (1987-1990), where he drafted legal opinions in comparative law and conflict of laws.
Mr Rocha was an assistant for International Law with the legal department of the International Monetary Fund and a Visiting Scholar at Georgetown University Law Center.
