Marcos Drummond Malvar

Marcos Drummond Malvar is a partner with the Antitrust and Compliance Practice Group.

Mr. Malvar assists clients in antitrust, anticorruption, compliance and regulatory matters brought before administrative and judicial courts and provides broad-based consulting in connection with business practices and antitrust and regulatory compliance.

He is a member of the Council of Ibrac, Brazil’s association of antitrust practitioners, and integrated the leadership of the Cartel and Criminal Practice Committee of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association -ABA and the Banking Committee of the Federal District Section of the Brazilian Bar Association.

Mr. Malvar holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Universidade de Brasília and a Specialist Degree in Economic and Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – Brasília (FGV-BSB).
