Isabela Pannunzio

Isabela practices law in the areas of antitrust, anticorruption and compliance matters. She assists clients in administrative and judicial proceedings and provides preventive counseling for the reviews of associations and companies’ business practices.

Furthermore, Isabela participates in the structuring of compliance programs and codes of conduct, and helps conduct internal investigations. She also has experience in negotiating leniency and settlement agreements with public authorities, including the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), the Federal Controller's Office (Controladoria Geral da União – CGU) and the Public Prosecutor's Office; and represents clients in filing and challenging merger reviews before CADE.
