Erickson Araújo Santana Oliveira

Erickson Oliveira works in the M&A and Corporate area, offering expert consultancy to both domestic and international clients on complex corporate law matters. With significant experience in drafting and negotiating intricate business contracts, he plays a key role on cases involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, real estate development, and corporate disputes.

Throughout his solid career, Erickson Oliveira has worked in the legal departments of companies in the energy and real estate sectors. He’s been involved in business development, hospitality, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and relations with domestic and foreign investors. Beyond his legal practice, he is a lecturer in the Contract Law Specialization Course at the Federal University of Pernambuco.

Erickson holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco. He is fluent in English.
