Eduardo Salomão is one of Levy & Salomão founding partners and his practice focuses on regulatory and domestic and international banking operation matters, including the negotiation of syndicated loans, club deals, project finance, securitizations, Eurobonds, complex guarantee structures and capital markets share offerings. In addition, he has experience in business agreements and Corporate Law in general, and also in insurance matters.
