Angela Di Franco

Angela Di Franco established, developed and heads Levy & Salomão Advogados’ dispute resolution practice area.

Mrs. Di Franco has broad experience in complex corporate and civil litigation and has litigated and tried hundreds of cases to their final verdict. In addition, she brings many years’ experience to domestic and international arbitrations.

Throughout more than three decades of practice of law, Mrs. Di Franco has been involved in cases questioning breach of contractual obligations, disputes between shareholders, civil liability, mergers and acquisitions, construction contracts, commercial contracts, employment disputes, tax litigation and succession planning. Angela establishes strategies, leads negotiations and represents clients before courts, arbitrators and administrative authorities.

Mrs. Di Franco also advises clients in mediation and conciliation and has acted as conciliator in the São Paulo Court of Appeals.
