Ana Luiza Braga

Ana Luiza works in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Law, advising domestic and foreign clients. She works on structuring and negotiating asset and equity purchase and sale transactions, due diligence, corporate reorganization, incorporation and regularization of business corporations and investment funds, as well as drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts.
In addition to her practical work, she is a Professor of Constitutional Law at Faculdade Belavista, in São Paulo, contributing, due to her academic experience in Public Law, to areas related to regulation and governmental affairs.
She was also part of Class IX of the Executive LLM in Business Law at CEU Law School, a program focused on developing a strategic legal vision of business.
Ana Luiza holds a Master's and Doctorate in Legal Theory from the University of São Paulo. She is fluent in English and French.
